CRM Email HTML generator

Complete the following steps in sequential order to access HTML to use in the CRM email system.

If you wish to change your colour selection, the header image, or any of the column images after you have completed step 1, please press the reset button:

1. Select your layout

2. Paste your Image URL

Email header image instructions:

Source your image from the Asset Bank
Download the 'Email Header' template and open in Photoshop
Open your image in Photoshop and resize your image to 670px wide by 370px high
Drag your image onto the Email Header template
Save your image as a .jpg and host on a University webpage
Go to the webpage where your image is located
Right click on the image on the published webpage then select 'Copy image address'
Paste URL into the text box below and click 'Add URL to HTML' button

2b. Paste your Column Image URLs

Column image instructions:

Source your image from the Asset Bank
Open your image in Photoshop and resize your images to 300px wide by 200px high
Save your image as a .jpg and host on a University webpage
Go to the webpage where your image is located
Right click on the image on the published webpage then select 'Copy image address'
Paste URLs for each column into each text box below and click each button

3. Select your colour

Select the colour theme for your email.

4. Copy following HTML in the blue box

5. Paste content copied from the blue cell above into the CRM email editor

Instructions:

Open the Personalised Email function in CRM and navigate to the template editor in 'Create and amend email templates'.
Make sure no header image has been selected and the 'Header Text 1' and 'Header Text 2' fields are both blank, as below:
In the CRM email editor click the source code editor button, shown on the ribbon below:

Paste the copied HTML into the source code editor and press OK.

You can now edit the content of your email as standard in the email editor.
